Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in the heart of Harleston, a charming market town, offering a convenient and attractive location. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, although some may miss the presence of air conditioning. The service provided by the staff, especially the female manager, is friendly and attentive. The dining experience could be improved with a wider selection of dishes. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with some minor room amenities lacking.
The hotel is in a prime location in the center of Harleston, a charming market town. The rooms are well-equipped with lovely bathrooms, although lacking air conditioning which was a challenge with our dog. The service, particularly from the female manager, was friendly and exceptional. The dining experience provided hearty dishes like huge sausages but was somewhat limited. Overall, a good value for a stay in this attractive town.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the charming town center with easy access to shops and bars. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary facilities, including a super comfy bed. The service was top-notch, especially the care from the female manager. The dining options were delightful, particularly the huge sausages. Although, I did miss having a variety of hot dog choices. The facilities were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the pet amenities available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms which made it a bit warm, especially with our furry friend.
